It wasn't easy to find the hotel building cause it's located out of the street and the one and only direction board with error info ( 17b not 17d as in reality ) aligned to opposite side of boulevard. Really difficult to see it thru the trees.

Located about a 15 minute walk from the railway station where the bus from the airport drops you. Set slightly back off the main road opposite a small shopping centre which includes a Netto supermarket and 2 takeaways. No bar on site but a small bar in the side street to the left of the shopping centre.24 hour reception. Hot buffet breakfast plentiful. Hotel and rooms clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Ideal for budget travellers of all ages. No complaints. Great budget hotel within easy walking distance of town. Taxi advisable from railway station/town if walking is a problem. Advise pre-booking on internet for return trip for airport bus as it's quite small and priority given to pre-booked customers. A taxi from the airport would cost about £50 we were told, Would certainly stay there again.
Unable to buy any alcohol to 'unwind' after travelling on a late flight and arriving when everywhere locally had closed.

Everything was nice, no complaints whatsoever, I totally recommend it. I really enjoyed the hotel, it's well-maintained and quiet and the location is magnificent to get there from the train station. Everyone was amicable and the breakfast was excellent and great. The atmosphere created was quiet.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair!

We had clean room and good breakfast.
It needs to wait when hot water will go from the tap instead of cold.

I liked the great value, and no usual downsides that come with cheap prices. The location is great, the rooms are clean, the staff helpful...all i needed.
two tiny things: there is poor signage from Narutowicza street, and the hotel is marked incorrectly by Google. It is behind the university building. between two car parks and you cannot see it from the main road; also, I didn't like the smell of stale smoke in the room (which was otherwise very clean) - I'm not sure how it is possible as the hotel is no-smoking...

The comforts of the double room with a tall ceiling were fabulous. There was a variety of fresh meals available. - the central location was a plus. - I enjoyed staying at this nice basic hotel because of the quiet ambiance.

I liked my room, the reception staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was very good.
On your website you state that the hotel is not far from the station. This fact is true, but an actual measurement would perhaps encourage more people to book this hotel as 'close' means different things to different people.

Nice staff at Hotel Kapitan and change of towels and beds daily or when asked for. Walking distance to any part of the city.
